I recently stayed at a guest house in Porto for a few days. The staff at Swissporto were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, offering medicine when I wasn't feeling well and even helping with my luggage. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast options were limited, but it saved me the trouble of finding breakfast elsewhere. The location was convenient, with two metro stations just a 10-minute walk away. a great experience!
I would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with two warm bed plaids available. Beds were comfortable. The receptionist provided a helpful map and pointed out interesting places in the city. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the metro and within walking distance of the city center. The kitchen had a wine opener, which was convenient for enjoying affordable wines from local stores.
Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even offered me medicine and bottled water when I wasn't feeling well. The spacious room and large bathroom were a pleasant surprise. The shared lounge/kitchen/dining area was a great place to socialize with other travelers and cook meals. The staff also provided useful information and maps about the area.
Felt completely happy, no complaints whatsoever.
